As reported by Reuters, Chile’s Constitutional Court has rejected a lawsuit from group of major SQM shareholders, including Julio Ponce, which was seeking to prevent China’s Tianqi Lithium from buying a 24% stake in the Chilean lithium giant, calling the suit “inadmissible.”
